Dr. Anjali Budhathoki, MD
Hematology/Oncology physician and clinical advisor
Dr. Anjali Budhathoki is a board-certified physician in Internal Medicine, Hematology, and Medical Oncology. Her clinical background includes hematology/oncology practice since 2017, with expertise in general hematology and breast, gastrointestinal, and genitourinary oncology.
Dr. Budhathoki earned her medical degree from B.P. Koirala Institute of Health Sciences in Dharan, Nepal. She completed her Internal Medicine residency at Saint Vincent Hospital and her Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine / Montefiore Medical Center.
She works with Mount Sinai Cardiology in Jackson Heights, New York, and is affiliated with The Mount Sinai Hospital of Queens. She communicates with patients in English and Nepali. Before joining Mount Sinai in 2022, she practiced for nearly five years in Aberdeen, South Dakota, serving a rural and underserved community.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Budhathoki has contributed to research and peer-reviewed publications, including clinical research from Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
